Theatre led me to design, which lead me to an eclectic career. I worked on all sorts of projects: off-Broadway plays, branded experiences, experimental performances, and museum installations to name a few.
But there was a moment of awakening when I designed a show that served audiences a meal during the performance. I saw food in a new light: The way it brought communities together, The way a chef is a designer, The way food delighted so many different parts of me.
And food - the eating of it, the making of it, the art of it - began to change my life (And I moved to Boston)
